CANANDE RESERVE 4d/3n.

We will visit Canande reserve. This lodge is own by Jocotoco Foundation. The reserve is about 1.200 Ha. The reserve is located in the lowland part of the choco area. So we will looking for Scarlet Breasted Danis, Blue Whiskered Tanager , Scarlet and White Tanager, Golden Chested Tanager, Black tipped Cotinga Rufous fronted Wood Quail, Gray Backed Hawk, Long Watled Umbrella bird, Choco Tapaculo, Broad Billed Sapayoa, and much more.. the list is over 300 species. We will try to find the ant Sward for Occellated Antbird, Bicolored Antbid, and may be with luck Rufous crowned Antpitta.

MANGALOMA RESERVE 3D/2N

This is a new reserve. It is own by ecuadorian Family. This is the home of the Banded Ground Cuckoo. And the Umbrella Bird. There is a lek in the area. So we have a good chance to see it.

The bird list is over 250 birds
The lodge is basic. No electricity.
